Where do you clean up?
Everywhere your dog does their business. If a dog can go there, we can go there.
Do you disinfect your tools between each yard?
Yes we do, all tools are thoroughly disinfected before use.
Obstacles that may prevent a perfect clean up?
Excessively long grass, lawns covered with leaves and construction debris can sometimes make it difficult to locate dog poo. We will always do our very best to ensure your yard is thoroughly cleaned.
I have an aggressive dog, how will you service my yard?
We request that the owner be present while the yard is being serviced. You may want to secure your dog indoors or in an outdoor area.
Do your workers undergo a police check?
Yes, all workers undergo a police check to ensure that they are honest and reliable. They must also be animal loving people.
If my dog is not aggressive do I need to be home when you service my property?
No, during our first consultation we will discuss with you how we can access your backyard when you are not home in a manner that you are most comfortable with. For example on the day of service you may want to provide us with the location of an outside key.
Do I need to sign any contracts?
No contracts to sign you can cancel your service anytime.
Can I hire you for a one time clean up?
Of course, whether you need to get ready for a party or any other special occasion we can provide a once off only cleanup service. The price will be more than our regular service fee as there is most likely to be a significant amount of accumulated waste.
Can I request a specific day for my service?
Yes, but if you're located far from our regular routes there may be a small additional charge.
Is the price cheaper if I have a small dog?
The size of the dog does not impact the price, prices are based on the number of dogs, size of yard and how often your property will be serviced.
Will you service my backyard if it is raining?
Yes we will. Rain does not effect our operations.
Do you have liability insurance?
Yes we do, we are fully insured.
